===SPU_018391 (<i>Strongylocentrotus purpuratus</i> Genome assembly v.3.1)===
The overlapping RNA-seq derived model WHL22.730224.0 suggests an additional 5"" exon may be included in this gene - it is inclusion would make the size of the predicted peptide more consistent with that of Tbx20 homologs in other species, but would not increase the level of homology with other Tbx20 sequences.This is an incomplete gene model encoding the N-terminal portion of the peptide product.  The C-terminal portion is encoded by SPU_018392, Tbx20_1, on Scaffold96.  These two models were on the same scaffold in the V0.5 assembly, hence their consecutive SPU IDs, but an apparent assembly error has separated them in the current build.

SPU_018391 (Strongylocentrotus purpuratus Genome assembly v.3.1)
